1. Services Provided

anitasbooks.com provides digital content, study materials, quiz and online test series via subscription models. Premium Subscriptions may include physical hardcopies of materials and evaluated test papers.

2. Subscription Terms

• Access: Digital access is granted within 6 hours upon successful payment.
• User Conduct: Subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing digital PDFs/content without written permission is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination without refund.
• Validity: Access to materials is valid only for the duration of the chosen subscription plan.

3. Physical Fulfillment (Premium Subscribers)

• Geographical Limitation: Hardcopies of study materials and checked test papers are provided exclusively to subscribers residing within the state of Madhya Pradesh.
• Eligibility: We reserve the right to cancel the physical delivery portion of a subscription if the shipping address is outside Madhya Pradesh. In such cases, digital access will remain active.

4. Evaluation of Test Series

For premium subscribers, test papers must be submitted for checking within the timelines specified in the course schedule. Late submissions may not be evaluated.

5. Payments & Renewals

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. It is the user’s responsibility to renew their plan to maintain access.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

• Access: Digital notes, study materials, and online test series are delivered within 6 hours via the user dashboard upon successful payment.
• Email Confirmation: A confirmation email containing access instructions will be sent to your registered email ID within 5–10 minutes of purchase.

2. Physical Delivery (Hardcopies/Checked Papers)

• Area of Service: Physical shipping is available only within Madhya Pradesh.
• Processing Time: Hardcopies of study materials are dispatched within 7 days of subscription activation.
• Checked Papers: Evaluated test series papers are dispatched within 7 days after the evaluation process is completed.
• Transit Time: We use local courier services or Speed Post. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the location within MP.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges for the initial set of materials are typically included in the Premium Subscription fee unless otherwise specified at the time of checkout.

3. Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content (notes and test series), refunds are not provided once the material has been accessed or downloaded. We recommend users review any “Free Samples” available on the site before subscribing.

2. Physical Materials

If a premium subscriber receives physical materials in a damaged condition, they must report it within 24 hours with photo evidence. Once we will verify the damage, user can return them back to us and mail us the postal charges receipt. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Also we will pay back the postal charges in users bank account/UPI Id.
